Residential
New houses, renovations, and accessory dwellings across the Seattle area. We design for the site, the climate, and the way you actually live.
→01 — Services
Harborline is a small architecture practice in Seattle. We take on a handful of projects each year so we can stay close to the work — from the first site visit through the final punch list.
Our services cover residential, commercial, and interior projects. Every commission begins with listening, measuring, and drawing. The result is quiet buildings that sit well in the Pacific Northwest landscape.
02 — What we do
New houses, renovations, and accessory dwellings across the Seattle area. We design for the site, the climate, and the way you actually live.
→Small-scale retail, cafés, offices, and mixed-use buildings. Calm spaces that support daily work without shouting for attention.
→Interior architecture, material palettes, built-in cabinetry, and finish selection. We treat interiors as an extension of the building itself.
→03 — Process
We walk the property, take measurements, photograph views, and talk through what matters most.
Sketches, models, and massing studies explore how the building meets the site and the budget.
Detailed drawings and specifications give the builder the information needed to bid and build.
We check in during construction to answer questions, review progress, and protect the design intent.

Each phase is a conversation. We share drawings early and often, so decisions are made with clear information rather than surprises.
Most of our projects take twelve to thirty months from first meeting to move-in, depending on scale, permit timelines, and construction schedules.
